Seaford Museum occupies the Martello tower on the seafront, which gives it a better setting than many local museums. Inside, the collections cover coastal defence, domestic life, shops, toys, radios, and the town's seaside past.
It is a good rainy-day stop or a useful pause before a cliff walk. The museum is small and volunteer-run in feel, but the tower itself makes it memorable.
