Pondsbury is Lundy's largest pool, built as a water store and now a quiet wildlife stop on a walk across the island. The pond and its edges attract local plants and birdlife, and carp can still be seen in the water.
It is not a headline sight on its own, but it is worth folding into a walk between Lundy's lighthouses, church, and castle.
