Grassington Folk Museum is a small local museum in the village centre, useful for putting the surrounding walks into context. Its exhibits cover Dales farming, lead mining, minerals, domestic life, and the railway era.
It is not a reason to travel to Grassington on its own, but it earns its place before a walk onto the moor or after bad weather has driven you back into the village.
