Beaghmore

Beaghmore is a Bronze Age complex of stone circles, alignments, and cairns on the edge of the Sperrins. The stones were buried in bog for centuries before peat cutting exposed them in the 20th century.

The site is open and atmospheric rather than heavily interpreted, so it is best for visitors who enjoy prehistoric landscapes and quiet rural stops.
