Duff House is a Baroque mansion designed by William Adam, completed in the 1730s and one of the finest country houses in Scotland. It is managed jointly by Historic Scotland and the National Galleries of Scotland and operates as a country house gallery displaying old master paintings, portraits, and decorative arts from the national collection. The grounds along the River Deveron include woodland walks leading to the Bridge of Alvah, a single-arch bridge over a wooded gorge. The house also contains a cafe and shop.
