Blair Castle is the long-time seat of Clan Murray, with medieval origins and much of its present character shaped by later Baronial and Victorian work. The rooms are furnished with family collections, weapons, portraits, and period fittings, and the grounds make it more than a quick photo stop.
The castle is also linked to the Atholl Highlanders, often described as Europe's only private army.
