Malcolm's Head is the southwest headland of Fair Isle, with views over sea stacks, cliffs, and the exposed water that separates the island from Orkney and Shetland. In good visibility it is one of the best places to feel how far offshore you are.
The walk can be combined with the South Lighthouse and Mathers Head. Stay well back from cliff edges, especially in wind or mist.
