Skye is best known for the Talisker single malt on the eastern side of the island, but Glendale has its own small distilling operation — a family-run craft producer making gin and small-batch spirits drawing on local botanicals. Tours are short and informal; tastings are generous. A useful alternative to the much busier Talisker visitor centre in Carbost.
