A quiet stretch of fine sand at the western end of New Providence Island, well beyond the resort strip of Cable Beach. The reef just offshore is one of the best easily-accessible snorkelling spots near Nassau — known as Sea Gardens — with shallow coral heads thirty metres out.
No facilities, no crowds, and no organised water sports. Most visitors arrive by rental car or taxi from downtown (about 25 minutes). Bring everything you need including water and your own snorkel gear.
