Boundary Museum

The Boundary Museum, on 5th Street just south of the river, is a small but well-curated local history museum. The Doukhobor collection is the strongest part — clothing, communal kitchen equipment, photographs of the early villages — but the exhibits also cover the Indigenous Sinixt people, the smelter and mining booms, and the railway era.

Open June to September, 9 am to 4 pm. Admission is modest and the volunteers are knowledgeable. The gift shop sells local books and Doukhobor recipe pamphlets.
