Getting There

Mississauga is easy to reach, largely because Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is technically within city limits. Most visitors arrive by air and never realize they have landed in Mississauga rather than Toronto.

By rail, GO Transit runs commuter trains along the Lakeshore West corridor from Toronto's Union Station, stopping at Clarkson, Port Credit, and Long Branch. The ride takes about 30 minutes. GO also operates bus services connecting Mississauga to Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville.

Greyhound and other intercity bus lines serve the Square One terminal near Hurontario Street, with regular departures to destinations across Ontario.

By car, Mississauga sits at the junction of the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) and Highway 403, with easy access from Highway 401 to the north. Traffic can be brutal during rush hour, but off-peak driving from downtown Toronto takes about 30 minutes.
