Mississauga is not a city that hands you obvious tourist sights, but a few real attractions are scattered around the city centre and the lakefront. The Marilyn Monroe Towers and the modern civic square downtown are worth a look, while Port Credit on the lake is the most pleasant district to wander. The Credit River and the waterfront trail give the city its best walks.
