Plourde Sawmill

Plourde Sawmill is a preserved steam-powered sawmill on the Gaspé Peninsula. The old equipment tells the story of local shingle-making, forestry work, and the Plourde family, who ran the mill for decades before it closed in 1986.

It is a small, focused stop, best for travelers already exploring the Gaspé area or heading toward Forillon National Park.
