Pointe-a-la-Renommee Lighthouse

Pointe-a-la-Renommee Lighthouse is a photogenic red-and-white lighthouse on the north shore of the Gaspe Peninsula. Built in 1907, it guided shipping for decades before being moved away, restored, and later returned to its original cliffside site.

The setting is the draw: sea views, exposed headland scenery, and a small heritage stop that pairs well with a drive around the coast.
