A West End institution with a Rastafarian vegetarian slant. The Hungry Lion occupies a clifftop terrace and does genuinely good ital food — slow-cooked vegetables, rice and peas, and herb teas — alongside fish and chicken dishes. It's one of the few places in Negril where the food reflects the island's cultural depth rather than the tourist appetite. The views at lunch are exceptional.
