Spanish Town's attractions are concentrated in and around the Georgian square — a short walk covers the main sights. The Jamaica Archives require an appointment for research but the building is impressive from the outside. Allow two to three hours for the square and immediate surroundings. Do not wander beyond the centre, and return to Kingston before dark.
