Temple De La Merced is a rose-stone church in central Aguascalientes, built in a restrained neoclassical style. It is closely tied to the Dominican friars who shaped this part of the city.
It is a short stop, but a worthwhile one while walking between the centre's plazas, museums, and churches. The pale stone and simple lines make a quieter contrast with the more ornate Templo de San Antonio.
