The Alameda Trinidad García de la Cadena is Zacatecas' old promenade, a shaded strip west of the core where locals walk, sit, and take a little air. It is a useful change of pace after the stone density of the centre.
There is no need to plan around it, but it makes a pleasant route if you are heading toward the aqueduct area or simply want a quieter few minutes.
