Zacatecas has a small airport with domestic connections, but most travellers arrive by long-distance bus from Aguascalientes, San Luis PotosÃ, Guadalajara, or Mexico City. The bus station is south of the centre; take a taxi or ride-hail into the historic district rather than walking with luggage.
