Adventures Panama runs trips out of Panama City across the country: whitewater on the Chagres and the Mamoní, hikes in the canal-side forest, Emberá village visits upriver, and longer combinations reaching Boquete and the Caribbean coast.
The city is where almost all of Panama's trips are sold, whether or not they happen anywhere near it, and this is one of the long-established ones.
