A small but architecturally striking pharmacy building close to the Plaza de Recreo, built in 1910. The Farmacia Serra is on the National Register of Historic Places for its turn-of-the-century commercial design — a two-story brick structure with decorative cornices and large windows typical of early 20th-century Bayamón.
It still operates as a working pharmacy, which makes a quick visit easy: step in, look around, and you're seeing a piece of municipal commerce that has functioned continuously for over a century.
