Culebra's dining scene is small and entirely casual — a dozen restaurants clustered in Dewey, plus a few beach kiosks at Flamenco. Seafood is the obvious choice; the lobster, snapper, and conch are caught locally and almost always good. Most places close one or two days a week and many shut down in September and October.
