Prescott's restaurant scene punches above its weight for a mountain town of 45,000 people. The downtown area around Courthouse Plaza and along Gurley Street has a good concentration of options. The Palace Restaurant on Whiskey Row is the most historically atmospheric; for something more contemporary, the blocks east of the plaza have a solid selection of local restaurants.
