Scottsdale's bar scene is unembarrassed about its Western theme: cowboy boots, mechanical bulls, line dancing, and a particular brand of high-volume nightclub that has nothing to do with Phoenix's quieter craft-cocktail world. Old Town is wall-to-wall on Friday and Saturday nights and almost dead on Sundays.
