Scottsdale eats well above its weight for a city of its size. The food scene runs from the Southwestern fine dining of FnB to the regional indigenous cuisine being recovered at The Stand and Fry Bread House, with a thick layer of high-end steakhouses and gallery-district lounges in between. Old Town is the densest cluster; Camelback Road and the resort corridor north have most of the destination restaurants.
