A small but obsessively curated museum on the north side of Scottsdale, attached to a car dealership and free to visit. The collection covers Roger Penske's racing empire — every one of the 18 Indianapolis 500-winning cars his team has fielded, plus IndyCars, Trans-Am racers, and NASCAR machines, all painstakingly restored and lined up in chronological order.
The trophy cabinet alone is worth the visit if you have any interest in motor racing. Combine with a stop next door at the larger Penske showroom or at the Pavilions retail district across the road.
