Gammage Memorial Auditorium is one of Tempe's best-known buildings, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright late in his career. Its sweeping circular form was originally conceived for Baghdad before being adapted to the Arizona desert. The auditorium still hosts touring Broadway shows, concerts, and university events.
