BK Tacos (B is for Benjamín, K is for the name of his original taco stand) is a Tucson institution for carne asada tacos, tortas, and Sonoran hot dogs. The grilled meats are smoky, the tortillas hand-made, and the salsa bar — green, red, guacamole, pickled vegetables — is well stocked.
