Downtown has a small but characterful drinking scene built around Tent City Brewing, the Carlton Hotel bar, and a couple of wine bars pouring local Paso Robles and Edna Valley labels. For coffee, the independent cafes on Entrada and along El Camino are reliable; chain coffee sits on the strip.
