A classic Koreatown indoor mall on Western Avenue, anchored by a large Korean supermarket and filled out with clothing, cosmetics, and accessory shops aimed squarely at the local Korean-American community. The basement food court is the reason to visit for most travellers — a row of stalls turning out bibimbap, soft tofu stew, knife-cut noodles, and shaved-ice bingsu at low prices.
It is an unglamorous, fluorescent-lit, thoroughly local experience, and a good place to stock up on Korean snacks and pantry goods before leaving the neighbourhood.
