Westwood Village is a compact, walkable shopping and dining district tucked between Beverly Hills and Brentwood, right on the edge of the UCLA campus. It has a genuine neighbourhood feel unusual for Los Angeles — you can actually park once and walk between shops.
The main strip along Westwood Boulevard has bookshops, clothing stores, cafes, and a handful of cinemas. It's a good spot for an afternoon wander if you're visiting the Hammer Museum, which is right in the village.
