Charles H. Wilson Park

Charles H. Wilson Park is Torrance's largest public park — 45 acres of lawns, mature trees, and recreation facilities at the centre of the city, bordered by Crenshaw, Jefferson, and the Pacific Coast Highway. There are tennis courts, a model train circuit run by the South Bay Live Steamers (operating most Sundays), batting cages, a community garden, and a long, flat walking and running loop.

The Torrance Certified Farmers' Market sets up here on Saturdays and Tuesdays — one of the larger and longer-running farmers' markets in the South Bay, with strong Japanese, Korean, and Mexican stalls reflecting the city's mix.
