Denver International Airport (DEN) is the main gateway, about 40 km north-east of downtown. The airport's A-line commuter rail connects to Union Station in the city centre in about 37 minutes. Denver is also well connected by Amtrak (California Zephyr to Chicago and San Francisco) and interstate highways — I-70 from the east and west, I-25 from the north and south.
