Snooze started as a single Denver location in 2006 and grew into a regional chain; the Ballpark original at 22nd & Larimer is still the most loved. The signature is pancakes that take playful detours — pineapple upside-down cakes, sweet potato with caramel, peanut butter cup. There's also a serious savoury side: egg benedicts on chorizo English muffins, breakfast tacos, polenta-and-eggs.
Weekend brunch waits routinely run an hour. Book online, or arrive before nine. The chain has stayed independent and Boulder-rooted; the original branch is the most fun.
