Dogfish Head opened its Wilmington brewpub on the Riverfront in 2024, the long-overdue urban outpost of one of the most influential American craft brewers — founded in Rehoboth Beach down on the Delaware coast in 1995. The two-storey space pours the full Dogfish range alongside small-batch beers brewed on-site.
The food is elevated brewpub — wood-fired pizzas, smash burgers, a serious raw bar, and Delaware-coast seafood. Some of the beers (the 60 Minute IPA, the 90 Minute IPA, the Punkin Ale) are available year-round; others rotate. The riverside patio is the right spot in summer.
