Jupiter is an outdoor town. The lighthouse is the obvious landmark, but the real pleasure of the place is on the water — kayaking the Loxahatchee, watching ospreys from the boardwalks at Riverbend Park, or simply sitting on the limestone shore at Blowing Rocks as the surf erupts through the rock. Wildlife is everywhere, from manatees in the river to sea turtles nesting on the beach in summer.
