Lakeland's signature attraction is the Florida Southern College campus, home to the world's largest single-site collection of Frank Lloyd Wright architecture. Beyond Wright, the chain of downtown lakes and the Polk Museum of Art make for a pleasant day. Spring training at Joker Marchant Stadium brings Detroit Tigers baseball to town from February through March each year.
