Set in the garden courtyard of the Freehand Miami hostel, Broken Shaker is a craft cocktail bar that helped launch Miami's serious drinks scene. The setting — mismatched furniture, tropical plants, string lights — is unpretentious and inviting. The cocktails are inventive and seasonal, often using fresh-pressed juices, house-made syrups, and unusual infusions. It gets busy after 10pm on weekends but never feels frantic.
