ArtCenter/South Florida is a nonprofit arts space with a public gallery and artist studios near Lincoln Road. It is best known for its artist-in-residence programme, which gives visitors a chance to see contemporary South Florida art close to where it is made.
Drop in while exploring South Beach if the gallery is open or if a current exhibition catches your eye. It works better as a short cultural stop than as the main reason to cross Miami Beach.
