Pratt Street Ale House

The Pratt Street Ale House, in the converted Power Plant building near the Inner Harbor, is one of Baltimore's better brewpubs — its own beers brewed on site, a solid food menu, and a location that gets you out of the chain restaurant zone while staying close to the waterfront. The seasonal beers are reliably good, and the building's industrial bones make it a more interesting space than most Inner Harbor establishments.

A reasonable choice for a first drink or a late lunch if you are spending the day in the Inner Harbor area and want something with more character than the franchise alternatives.
