The Hippodrome Theatre is a restored 1914 vaudeville and movie palace on Baltimore's west side. It is the city's main downtown performing arts venue, with touring Broadway productions and other large stage shows.
Even if you are not seeing a performance, the building is one of the better surviving pieces of early 20th-century theatre architecture in central Baltimore. It pairs naturally with nearby Westminster Hall and the downtown historic core.
