Bozeman's restaurant scene is better than its size would suggest. The combination of a university, a significant number of remote workers and recent arrivals with money, and a growing tech sector has pushed the food quality above the standard Montana city. Craft breweries are prominent — there are more per capita in Bozeman than almost anywhere in the US — and the fly fishing and outdoor culture means beef, trout, and bison appear regularly on menus.
