Schilling Beer Co.

Littleton's brewpub occupies a converted mill building on the Ammonoosuc River, and the setting alone makes it worth visiting — garage doors open in summer to a deck directly over the water, with the sound of the river below and the mountains above. Schilling specialises in European lager styles: German and Czech pilsners, Vienna lagers, and Märzen alongside rotating seasonal ales. The food menu runs to flatbreads, charcuterie boards, and solid pub dishes. The combination of well-made beer, good food, and one of the best outdoor drinking spots in New Hampshire makes this a natural end to a day on the trails.
