The dining room at the Virginia Hotel on Jackson Street is the most polished restaurant in town — small, candlelit, and serious about its kitchen. The menu changes with the seasons and uses Jersey produce and Delaware Bay seafood; it consistently wins state restaurant awards.
The bar, with live piano most nights, is open to non-diners and is one of the more grown-up rooms in Cape May. Reservations a week or more ahead in summer.
