Papa's on Sloan Avenue is the oldest original-location pizzeria in the United States, open since 1912 and still in the same family. It serves Trenton tomato pie in the classic style: thin crust, fresh mozzarella laid down first, tomato sauce on top. The pies come in one size and the menu has changed little in decades.
