The Hotel Saranac dining room is the most polished, and the rooftop pub there is the go-to spot for a drink with a view. Lake Flower Tavern serves elevated pub food. The Blue Line Brewery anchors a small craft beer scene. For more casual options, the Downhill Grill near the railroad does excellent burgers and is a longtime locals' favourite. Specialty coffee at Origin Coffee and a clutch of seasonal lakeside spots round out the picture.
