Bellamy Mansion Museum

Bellamy Mansion Museum is one of Wilmington's strongest examples of antebellum architecture. Built in 1859 for planter Dr. John D. Bellamy, the house now operates as a museum of history and design.

Visits cover the mansion, carriage house, gardens, and the preserved urban slave quarters, giving a fuller view of the wealth and forced labor behind the property.
