Canton does not have a commercial airport. The nearest airports are Akron-Canton Airport (CAK), about 12 miles north of downtown, with direct flights to a number of US cities, and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), about 55 miles north, with much broader connections.
By car, Canton is off I-77 and easily reached from Cleveland (about an hour), Pittsburgh (about 90 minutes), and Columbus (about two hours). Amtrak does not serve Canton directly — the nearest station is Alliance, about 20 miles east. Greyhound and other coach services connect Canton to regional cities.
