The Pro Football Hall of Fame is Canton's dominant attraction and one of the most visited sports museums in the United States. The facility holds the official records, memorabilia, and stories of professional American football from its 19th-century origins to the present. The centrepiece is the enshrinement gallery, where bronze busts of inducted players, coaches, and contributors line the walls.
The museum has expanded significantly over the decades and now covers around 118,000 square feet. Exhibits range from vintage equipment and game film to interactive displays where you can test your passing and feel what it's like to face an NFL-speed rush. The Enshrinement Ceremony takes place every August, drawing tens of thousands of visitors for the induction weekend and the Hall of Fame Game — a preseason NFL match staged at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium, adjacent to the museum.
