Richard M. Ross Art Museum

The Richard M. Ross Art Museum is the art museum of Ohio Wesleyan University, located on Sandusky Street on the eastern edge of campus. The collection focuses on American art and includes works spanning the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, alongside rotating temporary exhibitions that draw on the university's holdings and outside loans.

Admission is free. The museum is open during the academic year from Tuesday through Sunday; hours are reduced in summer. It is small enough to visit in under an hour, but the quality is higher than you might expect from a college gallery in a small Ohio city. Worth the stop if you are already walking the OWU campus.
